Monthly meeting of the senior MoMP partners in Hydrocarbon projects (oil and gas) stressed on the speed of action and coordination among partners

M. Haroon Chakhansuri, Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum participated in a monthly meeting held via video conference with the senior MoMP partners of oil and gas projects. The meeting discussed the construction of Shiberghan-Mazar gas pipeline (94.5 KM), establishment of protection force for gas projects through Afghan Public Protection Force and procurement of equipment for the Afghan Gas.

M.Haroon Chakhansuri told the meeting that his ministry will take further coordination responsibility, so that the projects are implemented in a timely manner. He added that to ensure transparency and effectiveness in all parts of the projects, the ministry will provide grounds for mobility.

The meeting was also attended by M.Hamayoun Qayumi, Senior advisor to the president for infrastructure, representatives of the senior presidential advisor in legal affairs, Ministry of Finance, DABS (Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat), World Bank and Ghazanfar Group.
