Job Summary:
Finance Officer is responsible for the functions related to the financial operations of the Project, Including preparing all financial documents of project during the week, preparing of voucher for administration expenditure for NPPSM Project.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist MoMP Finance and Accounting Directorate to develop comprehensive Financial plans for MoMP NPPSM Project.
· Preparation of monthly/periodic financial reports of NPPSM needs regularly
· Ensure to maintain and update financial records in accordance with MoMP policy.
· Supervise/maintain cash and bank transactions and ensure reconciliation and proper record keeping at all times
· Develop and maintain proper filling of financial supporting documentations, tax remittance confirmations, wire transfer confirmations, project agreements and partner agreements in an appropriate manner for NPPSM in accordance to the best practices.
· Preparation of allotments and Process disbursements including other expenses.
· Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
· Keeping update records and data for financial filling systems in soft and hard copies.
· The data entry process of financial transactions in financial database.
· Facilitating cash flow plans for expenses using budgets and actual cash flow with assistance of Project Manager and Other Senior Management.
· Timely corrective actions are taken on un-posted vouchers, including vouchers with budget check errors, match exceptions, and unapproved vouchers;
· Monitor funds availability for NPPSM to ensure sufficient funds are on hand for disbursements
· Tracking records in accordance with budgets v/s actual and budget variances analysis.
· Keeping update records and data for financial filling systems in soft and hard copies.
· The data entry process of financial transactions in financial database.
· Any other tasks may assigned by Senior Staff / or Head of Finance according to the rules and Regulations.

Prospective Finance Officer should have bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting, Economic, Business Administration and any other related fields with 4 years’ experience in related field.
Past work experience with the donors or donor funded projects in the context of Government Line Ministries.
Understanding and knowledge of donor funded projects and governmental such as Developmental Projects.
