• {National Procurement Authority on behalf of Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan} request all the qualified bidders to participate in the bidding process of {2D-SEISMIC DATA ACQUISITION, PROCESSING, AND INTERPRETATION FOR KUSHKA ZONE AND TIRPUL BASIN}
• Bidding will be conducted through the international open tender procedures specified in the Procurement Law and procurement procedure and is open to bidders from all countries as defined in the bidding document.

•  A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders by downloading from NPA Website  https://tenders.ageops.net .

• The offers shall be sealed and submitted to the address mentioned below as per the terms stated in the bidding document and Procurement Law and Procedure of Afghanistan at or before 10:00 AM. Kabul Time on 15 August 2021 Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
• The offer/bid security is {Bank Guarantee} amount {USD 230,000.00 (two hundred and thirty thousand US dollar) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at [10:00 AM Kabul Time on 15 August 2021].
