H.E Enayatullah Momand the acting minister of Mines and Petroleum Ministry met with the authorities of the USAID Invest Project for Afghanistan.
In this meeting, both sides discussed establishing centers for the development and process of the gemstones, providing a legal framework for the ministry’s taskforces and establishing a center for geological survey.
