په دې کتنه کې د تاتارستان هېواد پانګوالو د افغانستان د نفت او ګازو زېرمو په برخه کې یې د پانګونې په موخه خپله لېوالتیا څرګنده کړه

د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت ستر سلاکار د یاد هېواد پانګوالو ته د ښه راغلاست تر څنګ په افغانستان کې د پانګونې په موخه د دوي د لېوالتیا هرکلی وکړ، دغه راز یې د پانګونې په موخه ورسره د کانونو د کړنلارې مطابق د هر ډول قانوني همکاریو ژمنه وکړه.
