Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (Directorate of Large-Scale Mines Management) has announced the tender for one Large Scale Mining Altomor Cement Project in Logar province of Afghanistan on 25 July 2023.

Interested companies can receive the bidding documents (Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) in the following ways:

• Ministry of Mines and Petroleum official website (http://lsmmd.momp.gov.af/ ).
• Interested companies can email to lsmmd@momp.gov.af to request the bidding documents.
• Interested companies can visit Department of Bidding & Evaluation (2^nd floor, Office No. 18) for receiving the bidding documents manually.
