Key Responsibilities
- Record and process all financial transactions of the main office in compliance with MoMP and government regulations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget execution and expenditure tracking at the main office.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Assist in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, internal audit, and MoMP finance units.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and contracts at the main office.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, ACCA or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of government financial systems and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and English.
Six-month contract, renewable based on performance and project needs and would be remunerated at NTA Grade C1 in accordance with the NTA Salary Scale of the Ministry of Finance.
