په دې کتنه کې هالنډي پانګوالو د نفت او ګازو په برخه کې خپلې تجربې او هر اړخیز معلومات شریک کړل دغه راز یې د افغانستان د نفت او ګازو د اکتشاف استخراج او له هغو څخه د انرژۍ د تولید، د نفتو د پروسس د معیاري کارخونې د جوړولو په برخه کې خپله لېوالتیا څرګنده کړه.

د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت سرپرست د دوی د لېوالتیا هر کلی وکړ، د کانونو د کړنلارې له مخې یې ورسره د هر راز قانوني همکاریو ژمنه وکړه.
