د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت سرپرست شیخ الحدیث شهاب الدین دلاور د قرغزستان هېواد له سوداګرو سره په خپل کاري دفتر کې ولیدل.
په دغه لیدنه کې دیاد هېواد پانګوالو د هېواد د کانونو په برخه د پانګونې په اړه خپله علاقمندي څرګنده کړه، غوښتنه یې وکړه چې د پانګونې په برخه کې دې ورته زمینه برابره او اسانتیاوې رامنځته ته شي.
د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت سرپرست له لوري هغوی ته ډاډ ورکړل شو، چې د پانګونې لپاره د زمینې برابرولو په برخه کې به هر ډ‌ول همکاري وکړي او زیاته یې کړه : موږ ټولو بهرنیو پانګوالو ته د پانګونې په برخه کې ښه راغلاست وایو.
