Ministry of Mining and Petroleum gave the authority of the Cement-e-Ghori Factories administration to the National Operations and Support Unit of the Office of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

H.E Nargis Nahan the Acting Minister of Mining and Petroleum Ministry met with delegations of Cement Ghori Factories, delegations from the Finance, Justice, and Commerce and industry ministries on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at her office.

This meeting was focused on the separation of Cement Ghori Factories from the body of the Ministry of Mining and Petroleum and its joining with the National Operations and Support Unit of the Office of the President of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

It is mention worthy that the authority of the Cement-e-Ghori factories administration has been transformed based on the decision of the cabinet of the government of Afghanistan and the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) that was signed between the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and the National Operations and Support Unit of the Office of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
