Afghanistan is one of the countries that has major sources of minerals, oil and gas. During the past four years, new seismic studies in the oil basins of the Amu Darya, Afghan-Tajik and Tirpl Kshkh shows that these basins have  beneficial geological structures of oil and gas, with tremendous potential.
