Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist for PPG will coordinate to process recruitment and record keeping of MoMP/AE4D/PPG national and international employees and seconded staff, including preparation of employee file management, and terminations ensuring adherence to established best practice in MoMP/AE4D/PPG manual.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an action plan based on job description.
  2. Prepare HR Manual for the recruitment of AESD Positions for MoMP.
  3.  Developing evaluating and adjusting proper and transparent recruitment procedures for AESD positions.
  4. Supports HR Units by providing human resources advice counsel and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  5.  Coordinate to process recruitment and record keeping of MoMP/AESD/PPG national and international employees and seconded staff including preparation of employee file management and terminations ensuring adherence to established best practice in MoMP/AESD/PPG manual.
  6.  Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including talent acquisition staffing employment processing health insurance benefits training and development records management safety and health succession planning employee relations.
  7. Coordinate human resources operation’s by recruiting selecting orienting training coaching and disciplining staff; planning monitoring appraising and reviewing staff job contributions; resolving problems; implementing change.
  8.  Guides management and employee actions by researching developing writing and updating policies procedures methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  9. In coordination with Development Project HR Unit arrange and organize interviews obtain classification clearance and ensure smooth recruitment process.
  10. In collaboration with Development Project HR Unit ensure that all new staff is inducted into MoMP/AESD/PPG via an orientation program and ensure the inclusion of an in depth briefing on entitlements and contractual terms.
  11.  Assist Development Project HR Unit aspects of employee insurance policy coordination with HR management Unit in the event of compensation attributable to service-incurred illness injury or death.

Recruitment Specialist will report to PSU Project Director.

Job Location:

Afghanistan, Kabul

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration and Human Resources Management from any recognized university and Master’s Degree is highly desirable.

having 5 Years of Experience in relevant field.
