Kabul (Main Office – MoMP), with occasional travel to project field sites in the Amu Darya Basin as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and verify all revenue transactions received from crude oil sales.

  • Obtaining the Brent crude oil price from the S&P Global Commodity Insights website.

  • Applying the Brent price to DDAA reports in accordance with the customer contract and generating revenue reports.

  • Support reconciliation of oil sales revenues with Finance Department bank records.

  • Review and compile revenue reports from the site office before submission to the Revenue Manager.

  • Maintain an organized system for storing sales contracts, revenue receipts, and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare draft monthly and quarterly revenue statements for review by the Revenue Manager.

  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits related to project revenues.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of records.

2. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management, accounting, or financial reporting.

  • Knowledge of revenue reconciliation processes and public finance systems.

  • Good organizational and documentation skills.

  • Fluency in Dari and Pashto; working knowledge of English.
