Qualifications:  High School-Technical Training

Management and Professional Experiences：
3 years experience in a related position.

Job Requirements：

• General helper on the rig whose duties work in support of drilling operations as directed by the Driller

Job Purpose:

• The Floorman is responsible for safely and efficiently assisting the Driller by performing manual labor tasks to support the drilling operations. Job Responsibilities: Assist drillers in making pipe connections. Supervise mixing of all drilling fluids.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Floorman is responsible to assists the driller or well operator in rigging up and
• rigging down, pulling, and laying down rods, tubing, casing, and other functions.
• Take care of the pipe and handle properly.
• Notify the driller as soon as he sees something wrong.
• Work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area and reports to his supervisor.
