Job Summary:
Under the Direct Supervision of PSU Director, Admin Officer is responsible for the Functions related to the admin operations of PSU, Including Setup meeting schedule and organize meetings on public events, Prepare agenda for the meetings, taking out the minutes of the meetings and day to day administration of the office, including basic accounting responsibilities.

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to prepare various operational plan of the organization or project.
- Having specific skills in the related field.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Computer Skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop Administrative Plan and follow up with relevant units through monthly progress reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Receive, distribute and file all incoming and outgoing letters, requests, e-mails and other official documents of the PSU.
- Maintain filing system.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up of tasks with individuals, writing letters and registering incoming and outgoing letters/documents.
- Responsible for day to day coordination of program correspondence, information sharing filing and ensuring that appropriate follow up actions are taken on all correspondence of MoMP.
- Prepare monthly attendance report for all of the MoMP development projects staff.
- Record the projects assets.
- Supervise and coordinate the arrangements for workshops meeting schedules of related departments at the ministry
- Compile and Submit monthly plan and progress reports of projects to relevant directorates.
- Do the interpretation and translation both in written and verbal upon need.
- Ensure that everything is time-bound and available before it’s needed.
- Responsible for overall administrative activities of the PSU.
- Any other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Prospective Admin Officer should have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Management, Public Administration and any other related fields.
At least 4 years’ experience in related field.
Past work experience with the donors or donor funded projects in the context of Government Line Ministries.
