ښاغلی مولوي محمد صادق د عبدالخالق زوی چې په 1383 کال کې له دیني علومو څخه فارغ شوی. او همدارنګه د اسلامي امارت په لیکو کې جهادي سابقه هم لري چې مخکې یې د لویو کانونو د عوایدو آمر په توګه دنده تر سره کوله. د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت 16/11/1443 نېټې او 159 شمېرې پشنهاد په اساس او د افغانستان اسلامي امارت ریاست الوزرا محترم مقام د 22/11/1443 نېټې او 2570 حکم په اساس نن 8/4/1401 ڼېټې د کانونو او پټرولیم وزارت د مالي او حسابي معین ښاغلي حسام الدین صابري له لوري د څارنې او ارزونې رئیس په توګه خپلو کارمندانو ته وروپېژنده.
